We are located in the heart of Sardinia's Sulcis-Iglesiente area – a part of the island that is particularly rich in history and evocative landscapes, where wild nature is still capable of bowling you over. Excursions, trekking, biking, free-climbing, major archaeological sites, the Geomineral Park, cultural and religious events – the list of things to do and places to visit is endless, to say nothing of the breathtaking, stunning and ever-present beaches and coastline.

A shuttle bus will take you to the Sant'Antioco, Porto Pino and Punta S'Arena beaches, and as a guest at the hotel you can take advantage of special deals at the seaside facilities.

How to reach Lu' Hotel

By Road

From Cagliari itself or from the city's Elmas airport, follow the signs for the 'SS 130' heading towards Iglesias, and at the point marked as 'km.44' take the exit for Villamassargia-Carbonia; after a short motorway link road, you will come to the traffic light at Villamassargia, where you should turn right. Continue for around 15 km, and at the point marked as 'km 56', take the first exit on the right for Carbonia. Once you reach the Eni petrol station, take a left and continue straight on, and after passing the E-LE CLERC shopping mall, take a left at the roundabout. 200 m along this road, on your right, you will come to LU’ Hotel****.

From Olbia or Porto Torres, follow the signs for the 'SS 131' heading towards Cagliari, and at the point marked as 'km 42' take the exit for Samassi and continue towards Vallermosa - Siliqua. On reaching Siliqua, take the 'SS 130' heading towards Iglesias, and at the point marked as 'km 44' take the exit for Villamassargia-Carbonia; after a short motorway link road, you will come to the traffic light at Villamassargia, where you should turn right. Continue for around 15 km, then take the first exit on the right for Carbonia. Once you reach the Eni petrol station, take a left and continue straight on, and after passing the E-LE CLERC shopping mall, take a left at the roundabout. 200 m along this road, on your right, you will come to LU’ Hotel****.

By Air / Train

From Cagliari's Elmas Airport (www.sogaer.it) you can reach Lu' Hotel directly using the "Elmas Aeroporto" train stop situated within the new rail terminal (www.trenitalia.it). This train will take you to Carbonia station in just 50 minutes, with scheduled departures more or less every hour. From Carbonia station, a 5-minute walk along the right-hand pavement on Via Costituente will take you to Lù Hotel
