Coal Museum in Carbonia: In the Mine Among the Nativity Scenes

“In the Mine Among the Nativity Scenes 2025”

Delighting all Christmas enthusiasts, the exhibition In the Mine Among the Nativity Scenes returns this year for its 13th edition.

As tradition dictates, the exhibition will feature creations by enthusiasts, schools, associations, artisans, and anyone wishing to participate!

Participation is free and open to all school classes of every level, associations, groups, and private individuals. Each participant may create and display a mini nativity scene or a Christmas tree with handcrafted decorations, choosing freely the materials and techniques to use. Entries may be displayed in competition or out of competition.

From 8 December 2025 to 4 January 2026, each visitor will receive a single voting form to select their favorite work in each of the two competitive categories (nativity scenes and Christmas trees). Winners will be announced on 6 January 2026.
